Based on an appropriate bachelor degree, the first two semesters of the master degree are dedicated to the domains of system solutions, integration, and design methodology. In the third semester, students can chose between specializing in analog or digital circuits design. The master thesis is another specialization that is either accomplished at the university or in the industry.

All courses of the master degree are held in English and are being evaluated with 120 ECTS. With the master degree, graduates are qualified to pursue a doctorate in technical sciences at a university.
