The tasks of the Personnel department lie in the establishment, maintaining and further development of competent and optimised personnel management. This includes the entire personnel administration, including payroll and dealing with labour law matters, as well as personnel recruitment and personnel development measures. Currently, the data of 179 full-time employees, approx. 190 part-time employees and 33 student employees are administered.
