Mission statements for equality
- We aim for equal treatment and equal opportunities for employees at all organisational levels, as well as students at CUAS, regardless of their age, gender, physical impairment, ethnic and/or national affiliation, religion or sexual orientation.
- We require acceptance, appreciation and mutual respect between all employees and students, under consideration of diversity.
- We stand for dealing critically with social developments, taking into account the diversity oft the cultures and a fair and democratic structuring of life and working worlds..
